Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. GTA prioritizes transparency and clear communication. We ensure that we only provide honest and straightforward information regarding raises and all other aspects of the job. While we recognize that our industry can experience fluctuations in work and conditions, we do our best to address these challenges with fair compensation, support, and flexibility. We understand that working in construction can be physically demanding, especially during extreme weather conditions, and we make every effort to ensure that our employees are compensated fairly for their hard work. Regarding raises, we are committed to rewarding hard work and dedication, with performance-based increases and compensation that are above average with industry standards. We also offer opportunities for advancement and encourage continued training to help our team members grow in their careers.

Cons

-Long hours -Huge toll on personal vehicle -Management takes on more work than it can handle -Low pay with large increase in responsibilities for little increase in pay -Not provided with proper safety equipment -Management is often absent or difficult to contact, will not always provide you with information on where you are sent. -No work life balance and a poor fraternity house like culture
