- Some of the people you work with are phenomenal - Pretty decent area to commute to

Cons

-Upper management is a joke - Cutthroat culture - for this to be an organization for girls and run predominately by women, their behavior towards their peers or even subordinates is atrocious - No clear career path evident - Outdated equipment and decor -Too many organizational changes in a short period of time

Severe Micro managing Complete lack of support from management Upper lead team has no clue the reality of this position Gaslighting Abuse of power Manager can be cruel and manipulative No work life balance 60+ hour work weeks Unrealistic sales goals in a pandemic No mission moments (why I work in nonprofit) GS cares about numbers, how many girls are signing up and not the quality of their content or having positions to support girls and volunteers This is a traveling sales job in a nutshell

Extremely generous vacation policy, and a fairly accessible location in midtown

Cons

TERRIBLE culture of fear. Managers are bullies across most departments, and there is a culture of meanness, passive aggressiveness, and total opacity. HR doesn't even BOTHER taking employee complaints seriously, and will only play nice with managers.
