Toxic Work Environment EXTREME micromanagement Severe Gaslighting ZERO trust Very Heavy Workload, with little to no room for work life balance No real support from management Pay is not even remotely comparable to the amount of work you do Little Communication between departments Doing the work of multiple titles in one role for little compensation No room for growth or upward movement All about gaining numbers, and not about the girls or their experience Overall: Management does not trust their employees, and the employees get burnt out super early on and have no where to go with it. It is not worth the stress or the level of questioning yourself. There is severely high turn around in this position and there is a reason for that.
