Ample opportunities to work on different domains and grow. Inspiring leaders and a well-structured Learning academy that works tirelessly in upskilling the employees. Backed by Hitachi and with a phenomenal track record of growth displayed, I feel this is a great platform for individuals to grow and scale. Appreciate the stand the company has taken during the economic crisis to not let people go and supported them in all possible ways.

Cons

There are minor cons, but its true with every company. But at the end of the day if the pros outweigh the cons by a huge margin, i am absolutely fine.
