Pros

Good insurance. Free snacks and pop. Good location.

Cons

Terrible leadership. The IT leadership is really bad. There is a new leader now, and he has the chance to make things better, but he will have his work cut out for him as he inherited a stagnant team and an ineffective leader. The HR leadership is also terrible. Both of the leaders make decisions based on favorites, not based on what is best for the company. Gravie preaches culture, but they do nothing to back that up. The occasional pizza party isn't culture.

Flexible hybrid work schedule. Nice office space. Free snacks and drinks, and fun company events.

Cons

Steer clear. This is not the same Gravie as it once was. Riddled with corporate greed and a bloated hiring strategy that caused the company to lay off 70+ without warning, Gravie is not your friend and will not look out for you. If you work here, expect to remain in stagnation while they hire more middle management above you. People with a bigger paycheck who do less, make actively horrendous decisions, and don't even know what the company stands for. Then, expect to have your shins kicked in when they call you out of the blue to say "It's not your fault, I'm so sorry, and I really enjoyed working with you." Please. I bet you're enjoying that fat bonus you wouldn't have gotten had you not axed so many hard-working and loyal people. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
