Pros

Coworkers are nice and some of management is sweet and understanding. Free snacks in the office kitchen.

Cons

micromanaging your every move. They don't like if you take too long spending time writing notes after a call. They constantly ask you why you aren't taking calls even though they know you're pumping. They fire you without warning. They just overall don't like to train people when they mess up, and would rather just get rid of them. No growth opportunities. They make you clock in 5 minutes before your shift to take calls right when your start time hits, and they will not let you log out of your phone until the actual shift ends. (So yes, you could be stuck on a call for 5-60+ minutes after your shift).

Pros

- Good pay ($45k annual salary) * No degree required * Work from home * Entry level call center job

Cons

Oh man, where can I start? - Management does not support their employees. They are more concerned about how their members are being treated vs. their employees. - There are no outlets for their employees. Our concerns and questions fall on deaf ears. - Lack of incentives, we aren’t supported and we are not offered bonus compensation, our raises are worth pennies (if we even qualify for one). - Direct supervisors claims they will work with management on different issues that arise, and then we continue to get brushed off… without ever getting assistance or finding a resolution. - Complete lack of accountability/ responsibility, everyone likes to point the finger at other departments or push blame onto someone else. - Lack of engagement, upper management could not be bothered to come talk with the representatives who are the FACE of Gravie. They don’t know what our day to day looks like and how their rash decision making affects us. The CEO/ Cofounder abandoned ship because I’m sure he knows that this company will eventually run itself into the ground.
