Pros

You are given full time hours, you have to be inspire and coach your team, lead by example and give them their goals, when tax preparers are unhappy they will not show up and leave their clients hanging, make sure to become friendly with other locations so if you need additional help and they are available they will help, always be knowledgeable of whatever promo is available

Cons

Maybe responsible for 3 different locations, you can not chose your team, tax preparers can be immature, conflict among the preparers can happen if one or more of them is jot abiding by the rules, you report to the Team Lead, and must do several conference calls per week, if you’re not meeting your sales goals then they will apply pressure, dealing with difficult/irate customers
