Pros

Great comradery within local offices, Tax preparers are truly professional and knowledgeable. Enjoy working with clients who are there for the personal connection they have with the staff.

Cons

Going virtual will lower overhead but the company will lose clients because they keep returning for the personal care they receive from their tax preparers. Piloting a new processing framework during tax season is a huge mistake and tech support who are seasonal employees without a great deal of technical language in taxes are not helpful when a tax pro is trying to work through a bug in the system.

Cons

Seasonal employment Is the only con.
