Pros

At the start of the tax season everything was going just fine. The store was ran smoothly, my boss was helping when needed, and we were pretty well staffed. I enjoyed the employees I had, they were all lovely people.

Cons

By the beginning of March my store was down to 3 other employees, and then myself. Being horribly understaffed was a major issue, it seemed, at multiple locations. The turnover rate was high.
