      Anticlimactic work environment, very easy, but very boring

      *Flexible schedule *Task-oriented *low stress *room for growth *friendly environment

      Cons

      *pay sucks *the work and environment are boring only get busy the last month of tax season, most Tax pros know what they are doing and do not want to be told how to do a job they have been doing for over 20 years

      Most of the Employees ex. Tax Preparers are pleasant to work with.

      Low wages; Management does not seem to care about employees, only numbers; Ancient phone systems; issues with technology/computer systems, reports are inaccurate and never match, IT never resolves ticket issues

      The hours are somewhat flexible and there is opportunity to move into different roles.

      Cons

      The pay is not good, You could make more at McDonalds no exaggeration. Also, I don't know if i was being lied to, but anytime I asked for a rate comparable to what's reported on Glassdoor and similar sites, I was told by management that was out of the question and way too much. On top of that, retail staff is expected to dress in professional attire which can be expensive and cost more than what you make in a week. Management in my district was disorganized, unhelpful and unprofessional.
