Pros

Extra income during tax season.

Cons

Position start at $10/hour for 1st year tax pros and admin positions. Supervisors have the luxury of getting paid $12. You have to reapply every year.

You are able to pick the hours and days that you are available to work. If you decide to come back the next year, it is very easy to reapply.

Cons

You don't always get a pay raise every year. Training is now online and is not always easy to get through due to not all your training showing up in your training module.
