Pros

Professional, hard-working Tax Pro's. Pro's into getting it done. CSP's to assist and collaborate.

Cons

CSP's not into teamwork. Stating the obvious factors from first day forward as parallel employees, "I don't get paid to ..... It's not my job.... I'm into taking one for the team. Janitorial services and all.

Flexible hours, decent pay, professional setting, great co-leagues, flexible schedule.

Cons

though it is not a very hard task to complete, you need to be able to manage calls, clients, and appointments or it could overwhelm you.
