Pros

Preparing individual taxes has always been exciting to me. I enjoy helping others learn and understand their some of the financial situations.

Cons

Some of our office equipment is too outdated. The computers that the managers use should be equipped with a copy of Excel so that they can send their reports to the District Manager.

Very Flexible, and they work with you.

Cons

I really haven't had any bad experiences. The clients that come in are great if you are good to them. The tax pro's will irritate you more than the clients.
