Pros

All the tax professionals were friendly and helpful. The job itself was easy, it took some basic computer and filing skills, phone etiquette, and patience

Cons

Inpatient and rude clients were the only downside to this job. I was employed during Covid, so the process looked a bit different than it normally would have. Many were fine with the changes and understood the precautions we had to take, but a few did not. They would come in, throw their papers at you, and leave with barely a word out of their mouth. Tax season is a short window and the professionals have a lot on their plate, many clients are impatient when their taxes aren't done the next day.
