Pros

Plenty of hours available. Hours weren’t awful.

Cons

Pay was $10/hour during the pandemic. Forced to dress business casual. Elder tax professionals were entitled, unprofessional and rude. They act like vultures but some did not even show up for their appointments on time. Boss was inexperienced and could not influence them. Regional manager fabricated sales numbers then we were forced to meet them. Customers could be rude/didn’t want to pay for services.
