Pros

Good job if you are starting to build up professionalism and very informal too. The workers are incredible too!

Cons

Software and app services need to fixed asap. A lack of structure when it comes to attending to all clients including the ones that are walk-ins or on the phone. Which this creates unnecessary stress for all the workers. Also, very strict on not going over 40 hours, but excepts you to attend to everyone's needs before you leave the office which doesn't make sense unless you are still working off the clock which is unfair.
