Pros

-good/collaborative office culture - everyone helps each other -work independently -clients are generally pleasant

Cons

-minimum wage -no benefits -high turnover -do not depend on this job for your livelihood -guarantee to become a tax pro if you get 100% on all the courses. I did that and still ended up as a CSP. -sometimes there are angry clients (that r mad at the gov/prices but take it out on us). there is no safety protocol in place for that.
