Pros

I was hired for Front office Receptionist, and the job turned out to be something else. And for $10.50 hr, it was not worth my time, but I worked their only because I needed employment.

Cons

This job included me being a bathroom cleaner, vacuum the rug, clean windows. Reason, cause they did not want to pay for those services.

Pros

Every employee was very nice, friendly and helpful. I have made some forever friends while at this position. I hope to be hired back during next year's tax season.

Cons

There were some miscommunications and hard feelings during the season. It seems that everyone was not on "the same page" at times.

Pros

Fair pay. Respectful, appreciative, helpful and courteous. All these words describe the Tax Pro's as well as supervisors. Regular hours. Would definitely consider working there again next tax season.

Cons

The only criticism I have is that I wish it could be a year-round position. Although we had no responsibility regarding tax information it might have been helpful to have a little more General information to better serve the clients.
