Pros

Flexible hours. Laid back management, but in a good way. They aren't breathing down your neck. My coworkers are great and because of the small office we all have a great time and get along!

Cons

It's only seasonal for tax season but I wish it was a year long position. I love it here but I understand why it can't be year long.

Pros

You can set any schedule you want as a client service professional (receptionist) or tax preparer. Great for a 2nd job or a flexible schedule around kids' school, etc. Systems are easy to learn and use. Office is well organized and duties are clear.

Cons

Tax pros work on commission, so there is intense competition among them for clients. It does not make for a cooperative/ team player environment.
