Paid training, nice staff, decent clients

Cons

There is no incentive to stay each year you start over and the only way to get a raise is to do taxes

Pleasant Work environment, Tax preparation educational opportunities, and friendly work culture

Cons

It's only seasonal about 4 months, the pay is very low, the training is very thorough.
