Pros

Hours were good. Work with minimal supervision. If you wanted to work on the tax side also this was ok.

Cons

Very strict attendance and break policy. During the off season the days are very long as there is not much to do but wait for your phone to ring. You are not allowed to do anything but wait for calls.

Pros

The interaction with both the tax professionals and clients are rewarding. Company cares about their employees. When clients are unhappy every effort is made to fix problem.

Cons

The only con for me was that it is seasonal and I miss the interaction with the co-workers and also the clients.
