Pros

Clearly defined responsibilities, but freedom to do the job well in your own way. Very flexible with your schedule knowing it's seasonal work (for the tax season), and nicely upfront about the pros and cons of working the job (hours can rise and fall during peak and low periods during the 3.5 months they're open every year). Company delivered nice perks in the form of food treats to the different offices esp. as things got busier close to April 15th. You can have your taxes done for free by one of the tax pros in your office.

Cons

I wish the company did recycling, any at all.
