Pros

Autonomy and less work during the summer

Cons

You are a seasonal employee even tho you work all year round No benefits - No 401k, No insurance plan, 2 week vacation that you pay yourself with contribution on your pay check. No sick or personal days. Lot of turnover in employees because of poor conditions and low pay. Always cutting hours to a minimum and preach the no overtime.
