Pros

Flexible hours, everyone's helpful and you are able to study for the Fed Income Tax course as a receptionist and take the Tax Prep exam. If you pass you can become a level 1 Tax Pro and it's all on the company's dime.

Cons

Keep in mind you are working with people that have 20+ years of Tax experience and they can be a little cocky. Be confident and don't let these people minimize your job duties.
