Pros

The Queen Anne office in Seattle, WA was a team of really friendly, kind and helpful tax professionals. The manger was awesome too and worked with my tight schedule. I was the front desk receptionist and it was a simple and nice office vibe. I mainly checked clients in, helped connect them to their tax pro, answered the phone, made phone calls reminding people to make their appointments, etc. The parking behind the building was convenient being that it's right in the city.

Cons

The only con I had at the time I worked there was that the phones needed to be updated as it was difficult to clearly hear clients every time and they also struggled to hear us as well which made for frustrating phone calls on both ends.
