The pay was not up to expectation and not much advancement

The wage is not comparable to positions with other companies for the same position; they pay much less. Getting management to understand the workings of the office is impossible. Ridiculous HR structure; can't get bonuses if you are both a Tax Preparer and Customer Service Professional. You get one position and that's it.
