Preparers think it’s beneath them to clean the bathroom and common areas even though they and their clients use it and expect it to be clean. It’s a hierarchy, you’re at the bottom, and some staff will remind you daily. And this is not an exhaustive list.

Salaries need to be improved

Sometimes it’s a fend for yourself when it comes to staffing.

Everyone is slammed and the tax pros are overworked.

Retail position with no set schedule no advance notice ever. Poor communication no email was ever used except for Campaign Calls. Breaks were rarely offered.
