Management is hard to find. They aren't well trained, overworked, and unavailable.

Not much work in the offseason.

The only con is that it is a seasonal position. Also because of that, you don't get benefits. I wish they would open this to full-time instead of seasonal for employees that perform well and wish to continue working.

My office had 2800 clients and I was responsible for ALL of them. The tax professionals were toxic and often pushed their work onto me. I didn't feel appreciated and I didn't get any support from my manager. I had to attend mandatory trainings, which I didn't have a problem with, but the tax professionals complained that their workload had increased because I was away. Lack of communication and petty comments made it a hostile work environment for me

It was seasonal employment only.

Agreed on a set schedule but it changed every week. A good portion of clients are rude and demanding.

The compensation is not that great.

Hated working here. Awful company
