The title is misleading. As a CSR, you're supposed to be half admin, and half customer service. 95% of the time is spent calling old clients to get them booked for tax returns. Most of the clients don't appreciate repeated calls (sometimes up to five times in an 8 hour shift). There is some administrative and light janitorial work involved, but that's par for the course.

Pay could be better, sometimes dealing with angry clients

Least Flexibility with Scheduling, Long hours, Keeping customers engaged

The retail aspect of it is a lot of pressure
