They will hire anyone because they can't keep a staff.
Cons
Cannot work all year, required to take two months off. Pay is small for the amount of work required. Training is a joke. Everything is taught in a class setting and then you are thrown in where most situations do not relate to the "class" training.

Friendly work environment, not everyone knows the answers at first so it's okay to ask other Tax Professionals at your job

Training is extremly boring with no real teacher to teach you, you teach yourself tax theories and familiarize yourself with tax laws.

Cons
Requires lots of training. Lack of mentorship and support from office leaders. Lots of pressure to push other products that adds to cost of return.

Flexibility, great management from Region on down.,great communications.
Cons
Seasonal only, Jan 15-apr 15 cheap hour rate for training hours, like $8.75 I think. Maybe 10 hours of training before actually processing anyone’s taxes.

Training is one of the best and most reputable in the industry as many CPA's will utilize them as a refresher course.

Low pay, however bonus is given at end of tax season depending upon performance.
