Not enough advancement within the company. Hard to move around the company.

Thy pay is the only thing making work there and the fact can't find another job right now.

Cons

Riddle with to many rules and you never know which one is being enforced from day to day. Management don't care and are not around for day to day operations. There is no real training or mentoring, every one is just thrown into place and expected to work. The number only matter!

Pros: 1 It’s a job. 2 And your pay is fixed regardless of how you do on duty. ($9/hr) 3 You get a good amount of food credit

Cons

Cons: -Micros Registers don’t have a delete item(s) button. So if you are a cashier working and a person changes their minds about an order, you’re stuck doing a void (which is so annoying because they tell you to: ‘avoid the voids!’ – like it’s your fault!) -New Workers taught rigorously at the get go making it very nerveracking and stressful for employees. (I told them I can only work 30 to 35 hours and they gave me a 40 hour schedule.) -I don’t even have my name tag yet. -They hire too many managers and assistant managers…all for what? They should do only one or two at the most per store. -Turn over is fast.
