AEP is Rough

Pros

Great Training, Helpful and Friendly Supervisors, will make sure you're ready for the chaotic AEP Medicare season!

Cons

If you don't convert your calls to sales, you will be fired. But, it's not personal. They don't view you as a person with a family to feed, you're simply a number-a paycheck to them!!

Pros

Great training for agents new to Medicare sales.

Cons

No overtime after peak periods. You may have a different supervisor every few months. You will have mandatory overtime during high volume periods. Software doesn't always work.

Pros

Training, licensing, work schedules and support. Been here since July and they check all the boxes. Especially being family oriented and supportive of the employee's needs. My supervisor in supporting the training and preparation for AEP. I see developmental plans for employees and they promote from within.

Cons

None at this time. The experience to date is like a discovery that there is a company like this one.

Pros

Please look at the cons as they outweighs pros… Pros: 1. Work from home 2. They provide equipment

Cons

Lied to everyone in interview process. Promised outbound calls only. Promised 9-5 or 8-4 hours. Promised mon-fri only. Now after being in training they are saying make outbound calls. One weekend day is required. And many people will NOT have morning shifts. Also benefits are expensive. They are very rude and treat this job like it’s their only thing in life, very toxic. They said we have to run to the bathroom if we have to go, run to get water, and report to your supervisor about every little thing. Very upsetting hearing all of this. Main cons are shift will change, probably will have to work holidays, weekends, and company overall is bad to work for. Hates me to write this.
