Great opportunity. If you’ve never done this work before, the company really empowers you to learn the industry and grow as a broker.

Cons

The Ramp Training program needs to be more fully developed and more hands-on for fast track. More Flexibilty in schedules should be available for brokers

Great Training to pass state exam

Cons

Switch and Bait... Told hours would be Monday through Fridays and then placed on Saturday Sundary schedule. Once I left the company (after completing the season) held up my ability to work for carriers for a full year. Could not get a return call to release.

The interview process was easy, training is 7 weeks. They need a more consolidated way to enroll Medicare Beneficiaries. Script(s) are incredibly difficult and if I were to guess, more than one person is contributing bits and pieces. There are softwares out there that would incorporate the script with run thru on needs assessment, Dr and Rx lookup, plan review and the entire enrollment. All in one system. A new CEO is onboard, possibly good changes are comimg to streamline the process. Agents should not be doing Customer Service duties, they should be selling only and hand off any calls that are not a sell to someone else with a simple transfer. Quick and easy. Go on to next call to make a sale.

Emily Brown and Marlene Salcedo are super trainers. Training is top notch. They are kind and very professional. Best I've seen so far. This is an environment and company I'd recommend to a friend or family. Its trustworthy and respected. They sent the cutest welcome packet with a tumbler, a bag, a journal and pen. It was boxed with colorful grass. I love it! Thank you for being a light and raising the bar and exceeding my expectations of a professional and fun work environment. God bless you all! Thank you

It's a struggle to meet quota during ROY. They also dont tell you much about how the commission works until you are in brokerage. You don't get commission unless you hit 10 sales but you are required to make 22. The pay is okay. I was expecting more since I have a Bachelors in Health Science but its not even recognized. Without commission, it is hard to make ends meet with a family. If you have no huge responsibilities then the pay is okay.

You are on camera all of the time, you must remain sitting in the center of your screen at all times. Low pay. I have a court ordered custody agreement that has 5 days of the year mandatory. I was robbed while going through training. I notified my superiors and they fire me because I chose to take off the last day of training to go get an ID. My car was sitting over 30 mins away since the week before due to not being able to have time off to get an ID to get a replacement ID. Not even my bank will give me access to my account without it and my SS & Birth Certificate. I can’t get an ID because the DMV doesn’t accept Apple Pay. I can’t even pay my rent because I need identification for a large money order…smh…Shows what their priorities are. Not the employee. Seems like you have to choose between supporting your family or …..Good luck ! Start my new job Friday with full benefits and higher pay. #EndlessOpportunities #Asé People are using it as a stepping stone to better AEP opportunities this season. Even when you notify management you are still penalized and in cases fired.
