Nice location and office Camaraderie among many Healthy snacks

Cons

Poor management as they all seem to be buddies with the CEO CEO talks a lot but doesn't deliver No stock options and they don't make up for it Not paying market rate due to options issue

Pros

Nicely organized Nice location if taking the train Charity events. The swag handed out is cool. The sales team is very friendly.

Cons

Expected to walk in and know how the company works, when you ask questions no one answers them and set you up for failure. Open floor plan but everyone hides behind slack and will start arguments but won't verbally have a conversation to discuss any work issues. The females in the company are very clicky, if you do not fit in the mold they are looking for they will ignore you from that point on. HR is very unprofessional and a major part of the drama.

Pros

Exciting and smart eng team. Really a pleasure to work with such a strong group of people. The rank and file people there are quite good.

Cons

Very odd CEO who doesn't manage the team well, creating rifts between the teams. A clear signal is that many of the original founding team have left so don't take my word for it, ask how many have left. The product concept is also weak and likely will likely be commoditized by a bigger player.
