-Smart people willing to help -Healthy competition among peers -Innovative products with a large market to go to -Competitive salary -Great career growth potential if you know what you want

Cons

-Less defined process for a lot of things, this means individual employee needs to step up and act like a leader. If you do however, it will not go unnoticed -Things will change fast and the organization is willing to take some big risk sometime.

Things move very fast, which makes for an exciting work environment that brings out everyone's best. The Product has really improved over the last 2 years and is very fun to sell. The company is poised for growth, with some awesome, world-class partnerships taking shape. Fun work environment with monthly all-company happy hours.

Cons

The work can feel overwhelming at times, but every startup environment calls upon people to go above and beyond.
