Pros

• Some talented, resilient colleagues, many of whom are simply trying to survive the environment. • Good perks, though not enough to offset the experience.

Cons

• The database marketing team operates like a ship with no captain. Leadership is disengaged at best, absent at worst. There’s no meaningful support, no guidance, and certainly no advocacy when workloads become unsustainable. • Burnout isn’t just common, it’s the baseline. You’ll receive no recognition for holding everything together, even as it erodes your mental and physical well-being. • Growth and mentorship are illusions reserved for those in leadership’s inner circle. If you’re not considered a “favorite,” expect added responsibilities with zero upward mobility or acknowledgment. • You’ll regularly be expected to do the job of multiple people, often without proper context or direction. • Feedback is consistently ignored, and escalating concerns feels like shouting into a void. Despite raising the same issues repeatedly and in every forum available, I can’t recall a single meaningful solution ever being implemented.

Pros

Hotel discounts Less than 40 hour work week

Cons

Cronyism New leadership (V.P) has created an environment of fear by bullying, intimidation and setting employees up for failure (if they don't like you) Micromanagement. Rude and condescending remarks. Expensive health insurance

Pros

None this company really sucks!

Cons

They do not allow any days missed during training! Why I completely understand people need to be there for their training in order to do their job properly, there are certain circumstances where people can not be at work! they suspended me because my son fell down the stairs and had to go to the hospital! And when I say suspended I mean fired so they don't have to pay me right now! I was told it would be reviewed and maybe I could reapply in 90 days! I cannot get a hold of human resources and nobody cares about people at this company. Just pay me what you owe me for this last week instead of saying that I'm suspended for 90 days.
