Pros

Schedule,PTO, healthcare and hotel and resort discounts.

Cons

Hilton Grand Vacation’s is the type of company that is always looking out for themselves. When your struggling to hit certain numbers being on a written or final is not enough they also take 50% of your commission which is costing me over $1300! It’s like a high school playground inside the call center. It’s all about favoritism. There is so much drama it’s unreal. When the company wants you gone they definitely make it known and you start hearing rumors as if there wasn’t enough stress to hit numbers. I’ve worked here over 6 years and have been promoted 4 times but I’m treated like I just walked in the door yesterday.

Pros

Great benefits and fun work environment!

Cons

Sr. HR leadership does not support field HR leaders. They try to use bullying and intimidation tactics to force their subordinates into "line". They have lied on HR leaders and representatives; and when documented facts are presented to prove the lie, they are dismissed with no regard to truth. Many cover-ups, favoritism, lack of trust and ethics among HR. Opportunities for promotion not fair to all qualified individuals. It appears that people of color do not advance and lame excuses are given as to why they are not selected. If one does advance, the compensation is not equitable to others. Because of favoritism and relationships, investigations are not thorough and complete. There are lazy Sr. HR leaders that take the ideas of their subordinates and present them as their own. The HR profession has always been representative of being fair and consistent to all. We do not pick and choose who is better than another. We are the trusted balance of the organization. Our responsibility is to offer proper consults and mitigate risks to the organization. We should not push bad behavior under a rug and not listen to our associates. They may actually have some major truths that need to be uncovered. "Destroy the good ole boys/girls network" and get back to business at hand.
