Pros

Great co workers, and very relaxed depending on which department you land in. If you love what you do, this is where to do it.

Cons

Unfulfilled promises, please be aware, during your pay negotiation they will promise you that they will bump up your pay after 3 months of working there..Don’t believe it !! Their word is nothing, and has consistently ben proven so. I would get it in writing and ask the hiring managers I sign it!! I have warned you

I can honestly say there was not one positive experience I had while working at IPG. From day 1 on the job I knew I had made a mistake.

Cons

Company culture is horrific. The employees don't care about the company and the company does not care about them. The parking lot is full of trash, people smoke everywhere and anywhere, the parking lot is so small it cannot accommodate all of the employees, there are little to no training opportunities, pay is low, demands are high and unrealistic.

Communication, initiative and learning is discouraged. Robots are expected. No parental leave for employees. No environmental concern. Disregard for women. Old macho boys club. Management by perception, not by facts. Nepotism. Secretiveness.
