      Pros

      I love being an InStrider! The mission and values align with my personal values and I feel like I get to come to work every day as my true authentic self. Providing access to life-altering educational opportunities to those who otherwise would not have access brings meaningful purpose to the work we do. It's not just a job - InStride gives me a community, shared goals, and an opportunity to. build something that makes an impact.

      Cons

      Things move quickly. - you have to work with speed, agility, and a willingness to change direction as needed.

We do encourage everyone to bring their entire selves to the team, and that’s something that was built into our culture from the very beginning. One of the foundations on which our company culture is built is an open invitation for employees to bring their diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking to bear in our collective work. We also appreciate the feedback on the pace of work here. We do move fast, but we encourage InStriders to figure out what works best for them in terms of balancing the demands of work and life. We offer flexible PTO and have company-wide Wellness Days where the entire office shuts down, so that no one feels like they’re missing anything or falling behind by taking a day off to rest and recharge.

      * Amazing team of truly passionate and smart people * Culture-focused CEO and leadership team * Rewarding work that results in transformational opportunities for corporate partners and their employees * Benefits that include employer-sponsored education at some of the nation's most well-respected universities * InStrider Wellness Days and Meeting-Free Friday afternoons * A diverse set of team members from all different backgrounds who have the most diverse set of experiences I've ever encountered

      Cons

      * Pace and amount of work is commensurate with a start-up, but with the added expectations of being an established quality-focused brand (which we are fast becoming) * Team has nearly tripled in size during remote work, so most new teammates are only known through Zoom.

You’re right that one of the unique benefits InStride offers is the opportunity to enroll in online courses from universities in the U.S. who specialize in serving adult learners, and InStride covers 100% tuition. All InStride employees can take advantage of this program from the day they start.       Amazing Employer of Passionate People Who Make A Difference!

      Pros

      Pros include: Incredibly passionate coworkers who love what they do and see the big picture in how we are making a difference in the world through strategic enterprise education. Incredible benefits including health insurance, 401k option, life insurance, competitive salaries, extended paid vacation, maternity leave for either parent and a wealth of resources. InStride continuously focuses on their pillars of culture and values which is such a driving force when all coworkers are on the same page! I have personally reached out to friends and family when I see an opening at InStride that may be within their skill set. I will recommend InStride consistently as I absolutely love this company!

      Cons

      If you are also a work-a-holic like I am it can be difficult finding work/life balance. That said, there are things in place including open and transparent communication that ensure you get the time you need if you voice your conflicts.
