Many that I can think of. Backstabbing, lying management, ungrateful employees, quite frankly a joke of a place to work...

Cons

High turnover. Commission goals changed constantly so people wouldn't reach them. Terrible management that lied and didn't manage their teams.

Upper Management doesn't have a plan, released 100 people in a day, then promoted 6 to directors/VP the same day, no loyalty. Commissions impossible to make, but they don't care. IA office fights MI office to keep employees's/jobs
