Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience while working at Infinity. Creating a rewarding and fulfilling experience for our team members is extremely important to us and we are always looking to improve the employee experience and are always open to feedback to help do that. As it relates to pay structure at Infinity, this is entirely based on the program you work under. All commission plans vary based on the client, and due to the nature of our industry, sometimes have to change. We are working to be more transparent on this subject and provide explanations to our teams. The behaviors you imply regarding our company not paying employees, however, are false and not a reflection of the people at Infinity, nor would such behavior be tolerated.

Pros

You are your own boss, unless you are the bottom performer. Free coffee Will never fire you, because it is a headcount based company. They get paid if you show up to work and do nothing.

Cons

Your boss wont know what you do, but expects you to do more of it. More results, without out any meaningful training. Work there for 5 years to be promoted, then you will likely be let go for lack of results.
