Pros

Opportunity to gain commission, if you get an easy job to work.

Cons

Terrible benefits. Took a huge downturn recently, laying off a lot of people. Company is losing money due to management making poor decisions on how to run a company. A real lack of culture and values.

Pros

Good variety of internet tools and large data base but a lot of garbage in it. Medical Benefits are descent.

Cons

Very unfriendly people work there in the office. There is a "good old boy" club that is very evident and won't accept any new people, the office atmosphere is extremely negative and everyone talks about everyone behind their backs. Management is not well respected.

Pros

The companies that use ITS are too notch and treat their people well

Cons

ITS uses some shady business practices to get good people in the door. Once they are in, reality rears its ugly head. According to the other employees this was common.
