Pros

The managers offer many opportunities for career growth, and different business models to fit your needs. If you prove yourself the opportunities are vast. The commissions pay out well, and the business is growing.

Cons

Smaller company, and sometimes they need to expand their recruiters to think outside the box for what they can accomplish.

The work is not engaging whatsoever, but the office is a nice environment.

Pros

The office atmosphere is fun. A lot of the recruiters in the office are "bros". The popcorn machine is great for snacks. The work is easy, but tedious.

Cons

Work: The work is dull at best. Scoping out resumes and calling people from all across the country to screen them doesn't leave any sort of fulfillment. Hours: Longer than thought - 9 hour workday, usually implied that you stay late.

Pros

You can learn something here, like any other contract companies. You will take some training and then join some projects.

Cons

The manager is not quite friendly, it takes some time for me to join the others. Work hour is a bit longer than I thought.
