Good experience with Contract Employer. I went on to direct employment after the contract term.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. would liked to have more PTO.

Cool office environment, open feel.

Cons

Upper management micromanages and is very shady when it comes to where all the money is going. Looks to save a dollar wherever they can in order to put it into their own pockets.

Pros

Strong Leadership that is involved and down to earth. They have a great nose for how to develop the business. Good selection for their corporate systems and technologies. ITS has a unique background that separates themselves from most cookie-cutter staffing agency competition.

Cons

There are only downsides if you aren't compatible with a staffing agency organization model.
