Thank you for taking time to share feedback with us. Having a strong and supportive company culture is very important at Interlace Health, and at the heart of our corporate mission and values. As part of an effort to reinforce strong culture and a good working environment, Interlace Health currently covers 90% of the premium cost for employees and their dependents for the majority of our medical plans. In addition to that we offer free vision and dental plans for employees and their dependents, as well as a 4% match towards a retirement savings plan - among many other benefit programs including education reimbursement and charitable matching. We are constantly making changes to better communicate our company goals and strategy. We will continue to increase the level of visibility into these plans and with more frequent updates throughout the year. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your department leader or Allison if you are unclear on our strategy or direction. Our goal is to have everyone working together to reach our highest potential, and we cannot do that without your participation and input.

Pros

I have found Interlace Health to offer a welcoming environment; that is full of smart, passionate individuals, and a very supportive management team. The organization puts the well-being of its employees and customers first, as they have invested in events, such as an Annual All Employee Meeting and a User Group Summit, that encourage collaboration and build relationships that contribute directly to the success of the business. Interlace Health supports work/life balance, has a fun office environment, and provides very generous benefit offerings. The company does a great job of giving back to the community and supporting a number of charitable efforts. Being a smaller company allows for Interlace Health employees to be able to share their ideas freely, and see the results of their hard work in action. It is exciting to see how the organization has evolved to continue to meet the growing needs of the healthcare industry.

Cons

Growing pains and changes common with any innovative, long-standing technology organization (not a bad problem to have); but it has been exciting to be a part of the transformation the past few years!

Too many to list. Inept management, outdated products, and absolutely no consistent plans for growth and expansion
