I have been with the company for several years. My experience is great. I work normal hours. The company is respectful of our personal time. They work at improving our benefits and make a fun and comfortable work environment. Health insurance is really good. We have a few different company meetings each year where we all get together. The company does an excellent job of showing the employees a great time. This is the first place I have worked were I actually like everyone I work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. FormFast is a company that has a huge foot print in the healthcare IT world. We look and perform as a large company but have the feel of a small company. We are at a size where we can still communicate and execute change relatively quickly. Being smaller we work as a team through out the company. Over all the work environment is very low stress. There are times my specific job causes stress but that is the nature of the beast. I have had previous employers where the work environment was toxic. The different departments were in constant CYA and turf battles. FormFast has one owner and he is committed to the company. Job security is very strong.Most employees at the company have probably been there for 5 years or more. Job retention is strong. The past few years the company has made a commitment to grow. We have had a lot change and new processes put in place. It was a little painful handling the changes but things are running better then ever. My job is now easier that we are functioning better as team. Lastly, I have refereed several friends to FormFast. Some have gotten hired and some have not. It is a great company with few openings. I was lucky to start at the company when it was about half its size today. The hiring process has changed since then. I would like to share my personal experience. The company gave me a single phone interview. The following week they flew me to the home office. The owner of the company picked me up at the airport. I interviewed all day. The owner took me to a great local restaurant for lunch. At the end of the day the company made me an offer and my new direct boss drove me to the airport. This was by far my best hiring experience I have ever had. It would not be fare to expect the same experience I had. The company was much smaller at the time. My point is this is an example of some of the culture in the company. I hope you find my review of FormFast helpful.

- In the last year the company has focused on bringing in the right talent pool of people to be in the best position possible for launching new product offerings, expanding the customer base, and sustain the level of service and support needed as growth occurs. - The company currently has 20% market share with it's core solutions, and looking to expand with new software solutions needed in other areas of a hospital. - We have a significant number of remote employees so you don't have to be located in the headquarters in St. Louis to be successful here. - The company makes an effort to invest in employees improving their soft-skills and knowledge of health care in general, as compared to just learning things that only make you valuable to FormFast. Management training for the management team, but also employees who have a goal to get to a management position are welcome, etc.
