Pros

Great Service Model in concept. Fantastic workforce up to mostly the Director Levels. The front line expertise is superior. Clients are lucky the lack of leadership does not diminish the spirit , experience and passion of those that actually do the WORK.

Cons

You are rewarded and promoted to high levels in the organization if you are a white male with an accent. If ones reviews the performance of those promoted to the highest rankings in the organization; you will find they have never met any or most of their yearly targets. They also have the highest rates of attrition/turnover within their respective departments. High attrition is a direct reflection of poor leadership. However, in this organization; White, Male leaders are protected while their unfortunate subordinates are used as scape goats for yearly poor performances. Then, they “re-org and/or restructure” as a sign of improvements to come that never come. What successful company restructures their sales organizations every one to two years?

Pros

pay, remote work and some travel.

Cons

They will suck you in with the pay but you soon will regret it. They will blame you for everything and anything you are responsible for that goes bad. They suck every ounce of energy you have and then get rid of you with no warning. High turnover all across. Management will not support or back you up on anything and when it comes to something that was successful, will take all the credit. Everyone is just buying their time until they find another job. I as well as many regret coming here. This place is 3 steps backward on your career. Avoid it. you have been WARNED..

Pros

The service provided is fantastic and is absolutely needed. Duty of care is essential for employers with employees working outside of their home country. The front line is riddled with superior experts from medical, non-medical and security. The work is rewarding.

Cons

Poor leadership. They are more focused on keeping their heads down to maintain their jobs than doing what is right. The high attrition rate at mid to high level management is due to poor executive leadership. Innovation is simply a word used as political propaganda; for innovative employees are not retained or promoted. The incompetent and well spoken are promoted. Which places a strain on the front line of the organization to find creative ways to ensure superior service without the support of executive management. Corporate is either blind to this or simply looks the other way.
