Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad the flexibility in your schedule made a positive impact—it's something we know matters, especially in today's work environment. We also hear your concerns around the shift from remote to hybrid, workload demands, and benefit costs. While some changes come with evolving business needs, we know the impact is personal. Balancing flexibility, support, and meaningful benefits is something we continue to reflect on, and feedback like yours helps keep us grounded in what matters to our teams. We appreciate your voice and your time with us.

RIF every 5 years....

Pros

The teams are great to work with. Good benefits and PTO.

Cons

Every 5 years, they go through a RIF and make cuts all across the business to make up for the bottom line. There is little support even when asked directly for feedback.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the teams, benefits, and PTO. We understand the concerns around communication and support, especially during times of organizational change. While tough decisions are sometimes necessary, we know the way we support our teams through them matters just as much. Your feedback is appreciated and helps guide how we move forward.
