Cons

Summers are hectic. But that's just the business, zero time to play... but outside of that season, it balances out again.

Cons

The workload is ridiculous and constant. Always drowning under responsibilities, and there are over 25K homes with minimal leasing specialist available to try to help a Neverending workload.
