      Pros

      The company offers many opportunities for professional growth. It is a place for constant learning and stretching yourself to achieve ambitious long—and short-term goals. Everyone who works there feels like they are contributing to something important, and the impact of their work is tangible; this is true for entry-level roles as well as more senior. It is a great place to work with an excellent multidisciplinary, cross-functional, and truly diverse team. The company is also very transparent and the leadership accessible.

      Working in a start-up can have many competing demands, requiring flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly. Expectations are very high (not necessarily bad), and resources can be lean to help achieve them.
